Fleur and I often converse about what role white women should take on in this post-DEI moment, if we wish to rebuild community, collaboration, and trust across racial difference.

I’ll also be sharing about Brave Sis Project and the Solidarity Lab and our approach to building a Sustainable, Authentic, Inclusive, and Nurturing Solidarity and Unity Framework (SAIN et SAUF) and participants will have moments for personal reflection and strategies for navigating workplace (and societal) DEI pushback and roll backs. We’ll talk about how to manage your personal triggers to better manage up within your company or group. Or even within your own mindset.
